For goods purchased online, we allow a 24hr period for returns. The goods must be returned intact with the tags and everything in its place. The wrapping is excusable because one may want to try the item.

We deliver countrywide. In Nairobi and it's environs, the cut off time is 5pm. Deliveries within Nairobi takes a max of 3hrs. Deliveries to other towns takes between 5-24hours.
